Sales Intern (Immediate Joiners)

Location - Dehradun, Roorkee, Gwalior, Haridwar, Bhubaneswar, Jalandhar, Bangalore, Delhi, Jaipur, Ghaziabad, Indore

Role Overview:

The intern will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end loan facilitation process at assigned educational institute partners. The role involves direct customer interaction, clear communication of loan-related policies, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers at assigned educational institute partners.

Explain the loan process in detail, including EMI debit schedules, loan closure procedures, and

cancellation policies.

Complete the end-to-end loan processing for customers in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan journey.

Handover customer data to the designated Propelld Relationship Manager or Sales Manager upon completion of the loan process for further service and support.

Learning & Exposure:

Gain practical exposure to the lending industry, covering operations, customer servicing, and revenue

processes.

Develop an understanding of organizational structure and workflows within a corporate environment.
