Job Description
Job Title: Sales Intern
Location: Lower Parel & Vashi, Mumbai On-site
Employment Type: Internship (Full-time)
Internship Duration: 3 Months (High chances of a full-time role based on performance)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 prior internship (preferably in SaaS Sales or recruitment/staffing sales)
Stipend: 10,000 15,000 per month (Based on interview performance)

Role Overview
As a Sales Intern at Arcitech AI, you will support the sales and business development team in driving lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth. This role provides hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, market research, and client acquisition while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in pitching products/services to prospective clients
- Support in client communication and follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
Key Skills:
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Basic understanding of SaaS sales and B2B sales
- Familiarity with business development and sales tools (LinkedIn, CRM tools, lead generation platforms, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (completed)
- At least 1 prior internship experience (preferably in SaaS Sales or Business Development)
- Candidates with exposure to the recruitment or staffing industry, particularly in recruitment sales for staffing firms, will be an added advantage
