Job Description

Job Title: Sales Intern

Location: Lower Parel & Vashi, Mumbai On-site

Employment Type: Internship (Full-time)

Internship Duration: 3 Months (High chances of a full-time role based on performance)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 prior internship (preferably in SaaS Sales or recruitment/staffing sales)

Stipend: 10,000 15,000 per month (Based on interview performance)

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern at Arcitech AI, you will support the sales and business development team in driving lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth. This role provides hands-on exposure to SaaS sales, market research, and client acquisition while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Support lead generation through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist in pitching products/services to prospective clients
  • Support in client communication and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets

Key Skills:

  • Strong interest in sales and business development
  • Basic understanding of SaaS sales and B2B sales
  • Familiarity with business development and sales tools (LinkedIn, CRM tools, lead generation platforms, etc.)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and target-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (completed)
  • At least 1 prior internship experience (preferably in SaaS Sales or Business Development)
  • Candidates with exposure to the recruitment or staffing industry, particularly in recruitment sales for staffing firms, will be an added advantage
