Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as architects, consultants, facility managers, and contractors, and promote STM Fire Systems solutions across target sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and following up to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely delivery, maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and reports, and staying informed about fire safety regulations and industry trends. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the company professionally, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications

Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Relationship-building and account management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement with architects, consultants, and facility managers.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.
Basic understanding of fire protection, safety systems, or related engineering services (experience in fire safety or construction industry is an advantage).
Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools, MS Office, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and prioritize multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience in B2B or projects-based sales is highly beneficial.
Willingness to travel within and around Pune for client visits and site meetings.
