About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Commercial Real Estate Sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling commercial properties such as office spaces, retail shops, showrooms, and investment assets. The role requires strong client relationship management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and self-sourcing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospective investors and corporate clients.
- Consistently identify new business opportunities to drive commercial sales.
2. Client Engagement & Property Consultation
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties.
- Conduct project presentations and site visits to showcase property value and investment potential.
- Build trust through professional consultation and timely follow-ups.
3. Sales Closure & Revenue Achievement
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
4. Relationship Management & Customer Experience
- Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Maintain regular communication to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey.
5. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to identify opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports and provide market feedback to support business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in selling office spaces, retail shops, showrooms, or commercial investment properties.
Required Skills
- Prior experience working with reputed real estate developers or IPC firms.
- Prior experience selling commercial properties in the Tathawade market is mandatory.
- Existing network of HNIs, investors, channel partners, or corporate clients.
- Good understanding of commercial property investment, leasing, and ROI calculations.
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
