Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at PrepLadder. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base through effective communication and relationship-building over the phone.

What Youll Do:

• Connect with students & professionals via calls
• Understand their needs and guide them with the right courses
• Convert leads into enrollments (no field work)
• Build strong relationships through follow-ups
• Achieve targets and grow with a high-performance team

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates (any stream)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Good communication skills & confidence
• Sales mindset or willingness to learn
• Energetic, target-driven & eager to grow
