Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at PrepLadder.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base

through effective communication and relationship-building over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential or existing customers to promote PrepLadders courses and services

through outbound calls using predefined scripts.

Understand customer needs, pitch relevant offerings, and effectively close sales.

Accurately process sales and maintain detailed call records.

Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion.

Achieve and exceed daily call targets and sales quotas.

Requirements:

Graduation in Medical field (Mandatory)

13 years of relevant sales experience

Experience in medical/edtech sales preferred

Strong communication and convincing skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
