Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, offering flexibility for occasional remote work. As a Sales Executive at Kaleido Studios, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Your daily responsibilities will include lead generation, closing sales, developing client proposals, and maintaining an active account pipeline. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business strategies and ensure client satisfaction.


Experience Required

  • 12 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, agency sales, or client servicing preferred


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound efforts, databases, and AI-based lead generation tools
  • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads
  • Schedule and lead client meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant services (branding, websites, SEO, ads, etc.)
  • Create and present proposals, pitch decks, and quotations
  • Drive conversions and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain and update leads, pipelines, and deal status in CRM systems
  • Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions
  • Coordinate with the content and marketing teams for creatives, case studies, and supporting materials
  • Represent Kaleido Studios at expos, conferences, and networking events to generate business opportunities


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken & written)
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with:
  • AI lead generation and scraping tools
  • CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Email marketing tools
  • Canva (for creating proposals and presentations)
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Organized and process-driven approach to sales


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in agency sales (digital marketing, branding, or web development)
  • Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries


Reporting Structure

  • Reports directly to the CEO and Marketing Head
  • Works closely with the content and marketing teams for execution support


Other Requirements

  • Must own a personal laptop
  • Willingness to work from office in Rajajinagar, Bangalore
  • Willingness to attend events, expos, and conferences for business development
