Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

This is a full-time on-site role where you will interact with prospective clients, present our managed farmland projects, and drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Your key focus will be to build trust with clients, nurture leads, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a highly customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers and understand their investment needs
  • Present and explain JD Homes managed farmland projects
  • Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively
  • Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closure
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 12 years of real estate sales experience (Mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in sales, CRM, lead conversion, and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of market research and business development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions
  • Experience in farmland sales or plotted development sales is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
  • Languages: English & Kannada (Mandatory)
  • Additional languages are an added advantage
