Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting design solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include managing sales operations, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze consumer needs
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Background in interior design or home improvement industries is a strong advantage
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
