Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our team and support the growth of our Facility Management and Staffing Services business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Engage with clients, understand requirements, and offer suitable solutions

Assist in proposals, negotiations, and deal closures

Maintain CRM records and track sales activities

Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Requirements:

13 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales

Preferred background in service-based industries (Facility Management / Staffing / IT Services / Consulting)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
