Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and markets in end consumer.
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
Drive sales revenue by achieving defined targets and expanding product reach.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
Provide technical and commercial solutions to meet customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to management.
Qualifications &Experience
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience in chemical distribution or industrial chemicals.
Strong network of clients in pharma, agrochemical, coatings, adhesives, or related sectors.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Skills
Deep knowledge of chemical products and their applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently, with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively.
