Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Residential Interiors team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring timely payment collection. This role demands excellent communication, a customer-first approach, and a genuine passion for interior design and home improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and digital leads. Understand their requirements and convert them into confirmed projects.

Build and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Monitor client accounts and ensure timely payments as per project milestones and company policies.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining project profitability.

Offer professional design and product guidance to clients, explaining material options, finishes, and pricing structures.

Collaborate with design, project, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and payment status.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

25 years of experience in interior design sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong sense of accountability and commitment to results.

Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in MS Office tools.
