Sales Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a qualified sales pipeline for the agencys marketing and advertising services. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and tracking sales activities using CRM tools. The Sales Executive will work toward defined sales targets, provide regular reports and forecasts, and represent Circle Communications at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in marketing, advertising, or related services.
• Minimum Experience 1-3 Years
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management to identify and nurture potential clients.
• Ability to conduct client needs assessments and present customized solutions that align with agency offerings.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and close deals.
• Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, and basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
• Ability to collaborate with creative, digital, and account management teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and traditional advertising concepts is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Chennai and meet clients across various locations as needed.
