The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting insurance solutions to individual customers and corporate employees. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, relationship management and achievement of assigned business targets.

Generate leads and identify prospective customers through field activities, references, corporate connections and networking.

Understand customers insurance requirements and recommend suitable life, health, motor and other insurance products.

Conduct meetings, presentations and product discussions with customers and corporate employees.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, documentation and customer servicing.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Ensure that all product communication and sales activities follow applicable IRDAI regulations and internal compliance guidelines.

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers with an interest in sales, insurance and financial services are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable and customer-oriented personality.

Willingness to undertake field sales and customer meetings.

Ability to work with targets and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Basic knowledge of insurance or financial products will be an advantage.

Local language knowledge relevant to the selected location will be preferred.
