Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with engineering background and experience in EPC project sales. The role involves presales activities, client acquisition, proposal submission, and deal conversion for industrial projects related to storage tanks, piping systems, process skids, and PEB structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads from existing and new clients across FMCG, Chemical, and Pharma industries
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions
• Handle presales activities including coordination with engineering and estimation teams
• Prepare and submit technocommercial proposals
• Follow up proposals and convert them to seniorlevel meetings and commercial negotiations
• Support management during price and contract discussions
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and market intelligence

Products / Solutions Sold

• Industrial and process storage tanks
• Piping systems, valves, fittings
• Process skids for manufacturing plants
• PreEngineered Buildings (PEB) and industrial platforms

Candidate Profile

• B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical preferred)
• 35 years of experience in technical sales / EPC sales
• Familiar with industrial plant projects and factory environments
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

• Strong technical understanding and solutionselling ability
• Excellent communication, followup, and relationshipbuilding skills
• Good commercial awareness and negotiation exposure
• Selfdriven, targetoriented, and disciplined in execution
