Job Overview:
Lubi Electronics is hiring a Sales Engineer SCADA / Industrial Automation Projects to support our growing business development activities in automation solutions.
This role will primarily focus on business development, customer engagement, and techno-commercial coordination for SCADA and automation projects across industries such as Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Automotive, and other manufacturing sectors.
The candidate will work closely with our project teams to understand customer requirements, present proposed solutions, and manage techno-commercial proposals until project closure.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IC, Mechatronics or Any Engineering
- MBA or sales certification (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of Project Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for SCADA and industrial automation projects.
- Visit customers to understand their automation requirements and project scope.
- Coordinate with internal project team to develop suitable solutions.
- Act as a bridge between customer and internal technical team during proposal discussions.
- Present proposed automation solutions and system architecture to customers.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Handle technical and commercial discussions with customers and support negotiations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to drive project closure.
- Maintain records of sales opportunities, proposals, and project pipelines.
- Support internal teams during solution development and execution stages.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of SCADA systems, PLC, HMI, and industrial automation concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in solution sales or project sales in automation-related industries.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between customers and internal project teams.
- Exposure to industries such as Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Automotive or manufacturing will be preferred.
