Sales Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer with 1+ years of experience in Gearbox and Gear Motor sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, providing technical sales support, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering effective power transmission solutions.

Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IC, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Any Engineering

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in Gearbox and Gear Motor sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow sales of Gearbox & Gear Motor products.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and channel partners.

Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and after-sales support.

Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in Gearbox, Gear Motor, or related industrial product sales.

Good technical understanding of power transmission products.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel for customer visits
