Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth

by identifying customer needs and delivering appropriate technical solutions. The ideal candidate

will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and communication skills to build

lasting customer relationships, generate new business, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and

customer engagement.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, solutions, or

services.

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and customer feedback to maximize conversion.

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer records using CRM tools.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new

business opportunities.

Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide post-sales support and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer

concerns.


Required Skills

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Relevant experience in technical sales, business development, or customer-facing

engineering roles is preferred.
