Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer who can drive business development through a mix of field sales, cold outreach, and digital marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding and sales capability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings to present solutions and close deals
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Leverage digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) for lead generation
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business
  • Track market trends and competitor activities


Key Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in engineering/consulting/services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and field sales
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools/platforms
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into client value
