Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer who can drive business development through a mix of field sales, cold outreach, and digital marketing initiatives. The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding and sales capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to present solutions and close deals
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Leverage digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.) for lead generation
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and drive repeat business
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements
- 35 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in engineering/consulting/services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and field sales
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools/platforms
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into client value
