Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Engineer role located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and understanding customer requirements. The role also includes developing and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with the engineering and production teams to deliver tailored solutions for diverse industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of industrial automation solutions
• Experience in Technical Support to address client needs and troubleshoot system issues
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Sales and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial automation projects is an advantage
