Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangalore for a Sales Development Representative. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting. They will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, set up meetings or product demos, and create a seamless pipeline for the sales process. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, and Business Development
- Proven capabilities in Sales and customer acquisition tasks
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Experience using CRM tools is an added benefit
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and maintain a professional demeanor
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
