About the Company

What Youll Do

  • Run a high-impact cold calling motion into named-account target lists across US food processors, food brands, and retailers
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers (procurement, packaging engineering, sustainability, R&D) before each outreach to ensure calls are informed and relevant
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria (company fit, role, expressed interest, buying signals) and book meetings on US sales VPs' calendars
  • Hand off qualified leads cleanly to the US sales team with full account context, conversation notes, and next-step recommendations
  • Maintain disciplined call activity, follow-up cadences, and CRM hygiene - every call logged, every account tracked, every commitment followed up on
  • Partner closely with the US sales team and Growth Marketing on target account lists, message refinement, and feedback loops on lead quality
  • Continuously improve call scripts, objection handling, and qualification approach
  • Grow the role over time into a multi-channel outbound motion - adding LinkedIn outreach and supporting outbound email as the function matures


Who you are

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
  • 24 years of outbound sales / SDR / inside sales experience targeting the US market is a must - cold calling B2B prospects is a core part of your day-to-day
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that lands well with US prospects - this is non-negotiable
  • Comfortable working US business hours (evening into night IST) on a sustained basis
  • Strong account research capability - able to look at a target company and quickly identify the right people, the right talking points, and the right moment to reach out
  • Disciplined and metrics-driven - you understand that outbound is a numbers game executed with quality, and you treat your activity metrics with the seriousness they deserve
  • Self-starter, high ownership & hungry for personal growth
