Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative (SDR) role based in Bengaluru. The SDR will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and targeted research of organizations that can benefit from ToolJets low-code platform. The role involves conducting discovery conversations, understanding prospect needs, and clearly articulating ToolJets value proposition to technical and business stakeholders. The SDR will manage and nurture a pipeline in the CRM, schedule product demos for the sales team, and collaborate closely with marketing and account executives to refine messaging and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of activities, tracking key performance metrics, and continuously improving outreach strategies based on data and feedback.


Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured outreach process.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including building opportunity pipelines and collaborating with account executives to progress deals.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort discussing technical SaaS products; exposure to low-code, developer tools, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline-generation targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
