About the Role

We're hiring an SDR who doesn't need hand-holding. Someone who can understand our services on day one, get on calls, and start pitching -confidently. If you're the kind of person who learns fast, speaks sharp, and doesn't wait to be told what to do, we want to talk.


What You'll Do

  • Outbound Prospecting - Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. You open doors.
  • Service Pitching - Understand Sourcebae's service offerings quickly and pitch them to clients with clarity and confidence from day one. No ramp-up excuses.
  • Lead Qualification - Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand client pain points, and set up meetings for the sales/business development team.
  • Market Awareness - Stay on top of industry trends, competitor movements, and market shifts. Use that knowledge to sharpen your outreach and conversations.
  • Pipeline Management - Maintain a clean, updated pipeline. Track every touchpoint, follow up relentlessly, and move deals forward.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align messaging, refine ICP, and improve conversion rates.


What We're Looking For

13+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role

Excellent communication skills - you can hold a conversation, handle objections, and close for next steps

Quick learner you grasp products, services, and value propositions fast

Proactive by nature you don't wait for leads to come to you, you go find them

Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to use them in conversations

Highly adaptive comfortable with change, new strategies, and shifting priorities

Experience in IT services / tech sales is a strong plus
