Job Description
Sietrix Technology is a growing technology solutions company focused on delivering innovative IT services and digital transformation solutions to businesses across industries. We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strengthen our business development team.
We are seeking a highly motivated SDR with 23 years of sales experience to generate qualified leads, engage prospective clients, and support the sales pipeline. Candidates from any industry are welcome; however, prior exposure to IT sales, software services, SaaS, or technology solutions will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, lead generation expertise, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and buying potential.
- Schedule meetings and product/demo discussions for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information and sales activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Understand company offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- 23 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Good understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience in IT Sales, Software Services, SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Experience selling B2B services.
- Familiarity with international markets (US/Europe/Middle East) is a plus.
