Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing outbound sales team. Your primary responsibility will be connecting with US-based startup founders, CTOs, and tech leaders and booking qualified discovery calls.
This is a high-impact, phone-first role where your success is measured by one thing: meetings booked.
- Make 5080 outbound calls daily to US prospects
- Follow up on warm leads (email-engaged contacts)
- Deliver concise, compelling pitches to schedule discovery calls
- Handle objections confidently using structured scripts
- Book meetings directly on leadership calendars
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM (HubSpot)
- Share daily performance metrics and reports
- 13 years in SDR / telesales / outbound calling (B2B preferred)
- Excellent spoken English & communication skills
- Strong confidence on calls and handling objections
- Comfortable working night shifts (US market)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Experience with US market outreach
- Exposure to SaaS / IT staffing / tech sales
- Knowledge of tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly
- Basic understanding of tech roles or startup ecosystem
