About the Role

Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing outbound sales team. Your primary responsibility will be connecting with US-based startup founders, CTOs, and tech leaders and booking qualified discovery calls.

This is a high-impact, phone-first role where your success is measured by one thing: meetings booked.


Key Responsibilities
  • Make 5080 outbound calls daily to US prospects
  • Follow up on warm leads (email-engaged contacts)
  • Deliver concise, compelling pitches to schedule discovery calls
  • Handle objections confidently using structured scripts
  • Book meetings directly on leadership calendars
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Share daily performance metrics and reports



Requirements
  • 13 years in SDR / telesales / outbound calling (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent spoken English & communication skills
  • Strong confidence on calls and handling objections
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US market)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Target-driven and self-motivated


Good to Have
  • Experience with US market outreach
  • Exposure to SaaS / IT staffing / tech sales
  • Knowledge of tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly
  • Basic understanding of tech roles or startup ecosystem
