Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

We are hiring a hungry outbound SDR / Sales Hunter responsible for:

  • Cold calling IT decision makers (US + India)
  • Prospecting MSP / SaaS / IT infrastructure leads
  • Booking qualified meetings for senior sales team
  • Building pipeline from scratch (no dependency on inbound)

This is a pure hunting role not order-taking, not inbound support.

  • Managed IT Services (MSP)

  • DevOps / SaaS application reliability services
  • Remote engineering support retainers
What Were Looking For
  • 13 years in B2B cold calling / outbound sales
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or BPO outbound preferred
  • Strong phone presence & objection handling
  • Comfortable calling US / international prospects
  • High discipline with CRM tracking (SeoSamba / Zoho etc.)
  • Hunger to earn commissions (not just salary seekers)



Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Effective Communication, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
