What Youll Be Doing (Dont worry, we train you on everything!)

• Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
• Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interest
• Booking appointments for our partner real estate agents
• Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMS
• Updating notes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
• Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniques
• Growing into a professional SDR / Inside Sales role within 36 months
