Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Bengaluru.

As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying enterprise prospects. You will work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to build a high-quality pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts.

This role requires a proactive, structured, and results-driven individual who can operate in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, and intent-based engagement)
  • Develop tailored messaging aligned to customer needs and industry context
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and disciplined pipeline tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign strategies
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and optimize outreach effectiveness


Qualifications

  • 36 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR, or Lead Generation roles
  • Proven experience in prospecting, outreach, and nurturing leads successfully
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with enterprise stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of sales and business development processes
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and organized
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is highly preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
