About the RoleAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving our global sales pipeline.
You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified opportunities, managing inbound inquiries, and engaging decision-makers across international markets.
Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams, you will help introduce organizations to Minds Task Technologies' solutions and contribute directly to the company's growth.

What You'll DoOutbound Prospecting- Identify and research potential customers across Europe, the UK, and India.
- Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, industry directories, and other research tools.
- Reach out to decision-makers through cold calling, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Generate qualified meetings for the Sales team.
- Engage with leads generated through our website, marketing campaigns, webinars, referrals, and partner channels.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities using structured qualification frameworks.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads until they become sales-ready.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to:
- Calls
- Emails
- LinkedIn outreach
- Meetings booked
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Keep CRM data updated and organized.
- Track lead progress and sales activities using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Work closely with Marketing on lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Consultants for smooth lead handovers.
- Share customer insights, market trends, and competitor intelligence with internal teams.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as:
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Zoho CRM
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders.
