Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities within the IT and IT services sector by managing inbound leads and executing outbound prospecting through cold calls and email outreach.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Develop business through cold calls to new and current leads.
  • Qualify all new sellers by analyzing their offerings aligned with market needs.
  • Ensure to manage all existing accounts through steady communication using client service skills.
  • Manage and provide solutions to all issues related to customer satisfaction.
  • Track and update all prospect interactions and deal progress in CRM tools.

Key daily deliverables:

  • 80 to 100 outbound calls.
  • 100 emails targeting the right customer profile.
  • Update of CRM with latest notes and inputs.
  • Connect with prospect with different means like reaching out on LinkedIn etc.
