Location: Mumbai

Salary Range: INR 8-12 LPA (60% Fixed, 40% Variable)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients in target industries through research and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Generate qualified leads through high-volume outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Implement and manage drip campaigns and automated sequences to nurture prospects.
Outreach & Communication Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and assess fit.
Engage decision-makers confidently with clear, compelling communication.
Manage follow-ups consistently to maximize conversion rates.
Demo Scheduling & Pipeline Support
Book product demos and introductory meetings for Account Executives.
Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead and activity logs.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Report weekly/monthly on lead generation performance, outreach metrics, demo bookings, and pipeline contribution.
Continuously optimize outreach scripts, email templates, and prospecting approaches.
Required Skills & Experience
4 5years of hands-on experience in B2B cold calling, pre-sales, demand generation, or SDR roles.
Mandatory experience in B2B salespreferably in tech, SaaS, or communication solutions.
Proven track record of achieving outreach targets (calls/emails) and demo booking goals.
Strong command over spoken and written communication; ability to engage and persuade.
Proficiency with:
o Cold calling techniques
o LinkedIn Sales Navigator
o CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)
o Drip/email campaign tools
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and thrive in target-driven environments.
