Job Description:
We are looking for MBA graduates (freshers) to join our sales team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
This role is focused on lead generation, outbound outreach, and initial qualification. You will work closely with senior sales leadership, supporting the creation of a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries
- Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Initiate conversations and engage prospects professionally
- Perform initial lead qualification based on defined criteria
- Schedule discovery calls for senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, follow-ups, statuses)
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to move prospects forward
- Collaborate with internal teams (presales/marketing) when required
Core Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Active listening and ability to understand business needs
- Confidence in speaking with professionals and decision-makers
- Ability to ask relevant and insightful questions
- High ownership, discipline, and consistency
- Basic understanding of B2B sales process
- Ability to handle objections and rejections
- Persuasive communication and relationship-building
- Time management and activity planning

- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Email outreach tools
Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / General Management preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Strong academic foundation with interest in sales/GTM roles
