Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative based in Jabalpur. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through inside sales efforts, engaging potential clients, and generating new business opportunities. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, conducting outreach campaigns, scheduling meetings or demos, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to handoff to the sales team. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Inside Sales and Lead Generation strategies
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development processes
- Capacity to meet sales targets and identify opportunities to grow business pipelines
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Previous experience in SaaS or compliance-related fields is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related technology is an advantage
