Job Description


We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a successful career in B2B SaaS sales.


The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, executing outreach campaigns across multiple channels, generating qualified leads for the sales pipeline, and ensuring a smooth handoff to Account Executives (AEs).


Key Responsibilities:


Prospect and identify potential leads based on ideal customer profiles

Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings

Maintain accurate lead records and activity updates in CRM

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance


Key Requirements:


Excellent written and spoken English

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn

Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent

Familiarity with SaaS or CRM tools is an advantage
