Key Responsibilities

  • Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop customized design concepts and space planning solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, layouts, and quotations.
  • Convert leads into successful projects through effective consultation and sales techniques.
  • Coordinate with the design, project management, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales and design journey.
  • Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, furniture, and interior design innovations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in Interior Design Sales, Design Consultation, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, or relevant design software is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
