Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused Sales Design Associate who can seamlessly combine design creativity with sales acumen to deliver end-to-end interior solutions.

This role involves understanding client needs, creating personalized designs, and supporting conversions while ensuring a premium customer experience aligned withSpaziolivsbrand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Experience

  • Understand client lifestyle, requirements, and budget.
  • Conduct detailed consultations (showroom / virtual / site).
  • Deliver a premium and personalized client experience.

2. Design Development

  • Create functional and aesthetic interior designs (kitchens, wardrobes, living spaces, etc.).
  • Develop layouts, 3D designs, and mood boards.
  • Suggest materials, finishes, and design concepts aligned with client vision.

3. Sales Contribution & Conversion

  • Present design concepts with confidence and clarity.
  • Assistin preparing proposals and cost estimates.
  • Work closely with the sales/closing team to convert leads into projects.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales, Project Validators, and Execution Teams.
  • Ensure smooth transition from design to execution.
  • Align client expectations with final deliverables.

5. Design Accuracy & Feasibility

  • Ensure designs are practical,feasible, andexecution-ready.
  • Work with validators to minimize errors and rework.

6. CRM & Documentation

  • Maintain client records, design iterations, and updates in CRM.
  • Track project journey from inquiry to closure.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Design-to-conversion ratio
  • Client satisfaction score (design experience)
  • Design accuracy (minimal revisions/errors)
  • Timely delivery of designs
  • Contribution to overall revenue

Requirements

  • 14 years of experience in interior design / design sales
  • Proficiencyin tools: SketchUp / AutoCAD / 3D software
  • Strong communicationand presentation skills
  • Understanding of materials, layouts, and space planning
  • Customer-centric approach with attention to detail

Preferred Background

  • Experience in residential interiors / modular design / turnkey projects
  • Prior client-facing role in a design firm
