Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for an Inbound Sales Process at WNS Pune. The role involves assisting customers, delivering excellent customer support, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
• Deliver high-quality customer support
• Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (mandatory)
• Prior experience in BPO required
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Comfortable with hardcore sales targets

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC up to 4.4 LPA
