This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing sales operations, coordinating client communications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves processing orders, maintaining sales documentation, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong background in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with sales tools and CRM software
• Experience in architecture, home improvement, or construction industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
