Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai for a Sales Coordinator. The role's responsibilities include assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations, managing customer interactions, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring timely communications with clients and internal stakeholders. The candidate will also play a critical role in managing documentation, maintaining records, supporting overall sales operations and coordination between departments to meet team objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination & Sales Operations, including the ability to manage orders, maintain records, and support sales strategies
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Sales/ Engineering and the ability to assist in driving revenue growth and achieving targets
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using sales-related tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or BTECH is preferred
