Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in Chennai. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing orders, and supporting sales team activities. Daily tasks will include handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs efficiently. The role also requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM systems or related sales tools is a plus
