Sales Coordinator: 2+ Years Experience
Senior Sales Coordinator: 4+ Years Experience (Team Handling Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound client interactions

Coordinate with vendors, clients, technical and delivery teams

Prepare commercial proposals and analyze market trends

Maintain MIS reports and sales data in Excel

Drive sales closures and ensure customer satisfaction

Manage payment collection and reconciliation activities

Meet targets and handle multiple priorities efficiently

Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Sales Operations

Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS Reporting

Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)

Knowledge of payment collection and reconciliation

Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Multilingual skills are an added advantage

Hindi is mandatory for the Senior Role (along with English & Tamil)
