Job Description
What this role is
This is a revenue role, not a coordination role.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and reaching out to founders, brands, and talent
- Running high-volume outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp)
- Booking and conducting discovery calls
- Understanding client problems and pitching our services
- Handling objections and pushing deals to closure
- Following up consistently (most deals are lost here)
- Maintaining a lead + pipeline tracker

What were looking for
Someone who has closed deals before (agency, marketing, PR, or services preferred)
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection cycles
- Can push conversations towards actual conversions
- Clear communicator (no jargon, just clarity)
- Self-driven and accountable
Bonus if you understand PR, content, or brand building.
What this role is NOT
- Not a client servicing role
- Not a lets try BD role
- Not a passive lead management role

- 5070 outreach/day
- 23 calls/day
- Consistent follow-ups
- 12 conversions/month (starting benchmark)
Compensation
- Fixed: 30,000 50,000/month
- Incentives: 5%10% per deal closed
High performers will earn significantly more through incentives.
