Job Description

What this role is

This is a revenue role, not a coordination role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and reaching out to founders, brands, and talent
  • Running high-volume outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp)
  • Booking and conducting discovery calls
  • Understanding client problems and pitching our services
  • Handling objections and pushing deals to closure
  • Following up consistently (most deals are lost here)
  • Maintaining a lead + pipeline tracker

If youre someone who enjoys selling, handling conversations, and closing this role is for you.

What were looking for

Someone who has closed deals before (agency, marketing, PR, or services preferred)

Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection cycles

  • Can push conversations towards actual conversions
  • Clear communicator (no jargon, just clarity)
  • Self-driven and accountable

Bonus if you understand PR, content, or brand building.

What this role is NOT

  • Not a client servicing role
  • Not a lets try BD role
  • Not a passive lead management role

Targets (to give you clarity)

  • 5070 outreach/day
  • 23 calls/day
  • Consistent follow-ups
  • 12 conversions/month (starting benchmark)



Compensation

  • Fixed: 30,000 50,000/month
  • Incentives: 5%10% per deal closed

High performers will earn significantly more through incentives.
