We looking for a highly driven, emotionally intelligent, polished, and conversion-focused Sales &
Client Relationship Manager who understands that luxury skincare sales is deeply personal.

This role is for someone who can build trust beautifully, communicate with warmth and confidence,
and create exceptional client experiences while driving strong revenue growth.

You will work directly with the Founder and play a key role in scaling consultations, treatment
conversions, client retention, and overall business growth at UBAU.

Sales & Lead Conversion
Call and manage all incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media
Convert leads into paid consultations and treatments
Build trust and guide clients through their aesthetic and wellness journey
Handle luxury client communication with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
Ensure strong follow-up systems for inquiries, pending clients, and undecided leads
Maintain high consultation booking and conversion ratios

Who You Are
Confident, polished, emotionally intelligent, and target-oriented
Excellent at communication, persuasion, and relationship building
Able to understand luxury clientele and premium service standards
Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
Comfortable handling calls, follow-ups, CRM systems, and client coordination
Experienced in luxury sales, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or premium brands preferred

Compensation
Based on communication skills, sales ability, experience, and execution.
