Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services
- Maintain follow-ups and update CRM regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding
- Upsell additional services when relevant
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with sales targets
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- English & Hindi preferred
