Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting products and solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves regularly engaging with new and existing clients, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and maintaining accurate sales records. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and market share.
Qualifications

Proficiency in relationship building, customer communication, and negotiation
Ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales approaches
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
Familiarity with market trends and ability to conduct effective market research
Team collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and achieve shared goals
Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Relevant experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
Knowledge or experience in industrial or precision instruments is an added advantage
