Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support the Founder in managing end-to-end client execution for corporate gifting, branded merchandise, and custom branding projects.
The role involves a combination of lead generation, client coordination, and backend execution, ensuring smooth flow from requirement to delivery and payment closure.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, references, and outreach
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings
- Understand and document client requirements (product, quantity, budget, timelines)
- Coordinate with design, vendor, production, and purchase teams
- Source and develop products based on client needs
- Prepare quotations, POs, and documentation (with Founder approval on pricing)
- Manage production lifecycle: sampling approval execution
- Ensure quality checks before dispatch
- Handle dispatch coordination and delivery tracking
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups and collect feedback
- Track payments and follow up with clients in coordination with accounts
- 1-2 years experience in B2B sales / coordination / operations
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication and organizational ability
- Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of gifting / branding / manufacturing is a plus
- Works directly with the Founder
- Involved in both client interaction and backend execution
- Responsible for ensuring timely and error-free project completion
