What Youll Do- Lead and manage the entire sales team (calling & conversions)
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
- Crack high-value B2B partnerships (IT agencies, digital marketing agencies)
- Build and scale DSA network (independent + channel partners)
- Drive ground marketing initiatives and offline sales efforts
- Actively participate in closing deals and driving revenue
- Strong experience in sales + team handling
- Proven ability to close deals (B2B & high-ticket)
- Hustler mindset with ownership attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
50,000 1,00,000/month + high incentives
