Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant to lead and support SAP Public Cloud implementation projects. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, configure SAP best-practice processes, support integrations, testing, training, and post-go-live activities. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise and experience with SAP's Clean Core and Public Cloud implementation methodology.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and transformation projects.

Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.

Analyze business processes and map requirements to SAP Best Practices.

Configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules based on business needs.

Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and solution documentation.

Support integrations with SAP and third-party applications.

Execute and support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare activities.

Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Collaborate with technical teams for extensibility, APIs, and workflows.

Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.

Ensure adherence to SAP Public Cloud "Clean Core" principles.

Work with global stakeholders and project teams to deliver successful implementations.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Hands-on experience with at least one full-cycle Public Cloud implementation.

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

Strong configuration expertise in relevant SAP modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).

Understanding of SAP Fiori applications and business roles.

Experience with integrations, APIs, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
