Hybrid role: Weekly 2 days remote & 3 days office

Minimum Requirements:

Build tools & features in AI Assistant

BackEnd

Strong experience(5+ years) with Ruby on Rails

Experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs in Rails

Experience with FastAPI for Python-based services

Frontend

Experience with React

Experience with Redux

AI / ML / Integration Focus

Frameworks and Libraries

LangChain

LangGraph

Prompt engineering

Model deployment and integration

Building and integrating API-driven services

As a Senior full stack engineer, you will help lead and deliver impactful AI integration & automation projects for our CX organization. Candidates should be comfortable working across backend and integration-heavy systems, with particular strength in Rails-based API development and the ability to contribute to Python-based ML/service integrations.
